Hi There! I’m Michele your primal health & fitness coach

I have been healing my son who is on the autism spectrum for over 13 years. I have learned so much on this journey. So many times during this I have thought “everyone needs to know this is possible!” I was so focused on his recovery that I didn’t notice that my own health was getting worse and worse. Then after routine physicals myself, my husband and my youngest son all showed pre diabetic and I knew my scope of healing was about to widen…a lot. I dove into metabolic health and within 3 months returned all of our a1c’s to perfection through diet changes alone. I realized there was so much more to learn. And maybe more importantly I realized that my “everyone needs to know this is possible” feeling was really a calling in my life. So I dug in, went back to school and now I am ready to guide you on your journey to health. Healing is possible. Nutrition is the largest piece of the puzzle. Our bodies were made to heal, they know what to do if we give them the right ingredients.

As a Primal Health Coach, I focus on an ancestral approach to working with the body. This includes working on 5 main areas of health:

Supportive Nutrition:
With a focus on higher protein, moderate fat and lower carbohydrate nutrient dense real foods.

Movement:
Frequent movement throughout the day combined with strength work and the occasional sprint if possible. We start where you are and grow! You are stronger than you think you are.

Managing Stress:
Helpful strategies to manage stress, from the small daily habits to larger practices that you will enjoy.

Sleep:
Prioritizing good quality sleep that allows the body to recover and re-energise. Healing is possible within a rested body. Metabolism is improved. I will give you the strategies to sleep WELL.

Environment:
Simple ways to avoid unnecessary toxins in our environment. This is a much bigger area of concern than most know. No fear mongering just real world doable ways to reduce the toxic burden from your body.
